With more than 26 years of theatre experience, Jennifer Mohler is the artistic director and co-owner of Northwest Theatre Lab. Jennifer is a Central Washington University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree. in Theatre with an emphasis in Acting and a Master’s Degree in Theatre Production. She is an actor, director, designer, and educator working with children of all ages across the Northwest and was awarded the 2023 Freddie G Fellowship in theatre education. Locally, Jennifer has taught theatre for Auburn School District and was the director of musical theatre, as well as an acting and vocal coach at a local dance studio for seven years where she founded the studio’s JTF West Musical Theatre Team. She has also had the pleasure of teaching acting and being a scenic artist at Grandstreet Theatre in Montana and Education Director at ArtsQuest Theatricals in Idaho. Jennifer has had the pleasure of directing over 30 youth theatre productions, some of which include: Once on This Island, Bye Bye Birdie, Annie, A Year With Frog and Toad, Seussical, Mary Poppins, and James and the Giant Peach.

Blair Bybee comes to NWT-Lab from his home base in New York City, where he is currently the Artistic Director for ArtsQuest Theatricals. His work as a director/choreographer has been recognized on regional and national levels across the country and abroad. He is a recipient of Dance Magazine’s: Young Choreographer of the Year, award. Shows directed include: Hairspray, 25thAnnual-Spelling Bee, Into The Woods, Disney’s High School Musical, Anything Goes, Footloose, Godspell, Crazy for You, Gypsy, Just one World, 42nd Street, and Forever Plaid.

Blair has served as the Artistic Director for Grandstreet Theatre and Idaho Summer Repertory here in the U.S., plus Cloud Castle Musicals in Beijing. He taught musical theatre performance and dance at Tarkio College, Columbia College, University of North Dakota, and Central Washington University. He has been a returning guest director at the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing, China.  Shows directed there include: Lucky Stiff and Seussical.

Nick has spent his life surrounded by theare and the arts. He is currently completing his degree in Marketing. As a performer he has performed at regional and community theatres in such shows as Seussical and Shrek. Natalie Mohler has grown up in the theatre, is working on her BFA in Musical Theatre/Acting, and is a life-long dancer. She is a performer and has played the role of Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins the Musical, premiered in the ensemble of Hans Christian Anderson the Musical Online Edition for iTheatrics, and been part of several award winning productions at the Junior Theatre Festival. Natalie LOVES dogs, baking, and all things theatre.

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre with an emphasis in Acting and Directing from Central Washington University, Kyton Dial became a ballroom and social dance instructor and professional competitor with Arthur Murray International.  She eventually owned and operated her own franchise, where she trained staff in teaching, customer service, and leadership skills as well as continuing to coach students, from 2001 to 2019. Kyton is excited about combining her extensive business and training experience with her love of theatre where she looks forward to helping children develop confidence and skills that they can carry into their adult lives.
